Hartley Estates is an independent private practice of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents established in 1995 by Gary J Hartley, a qualified Chartered Surveyor with many years experience in the residential property markets of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. The company has grown to a multi-disciplined practice with six Residential branches, Professional Survey and Residential Letting Departments, expertise in Land, New homes & Development Projects and Mortgage Advice Bureau.
