Our property in Emerson Park had been on the market for 2 years with 4 different local estate agents. Each time we freshly marketed the property with a new agent, we were filled with hope and anticipation of a sale but were left disappointed and frustrated. We constantly found ourselves chasing the agents for feedback and updates regarding viewings and were offered no advice on how to get our house sold.
We had almost given up on moving, then Balgores came to our rescue! Their extensive marketing, along with accompanied viewings and prompt honest feedback was a breath of fresh air. They subsequently found us a buyer in 4 weeks and kept us regularly updated on all aspects of the transaction, from the day the sale was agreed through to completion.
We had been in the house they sold for us for over 24 years and the prospect of moving was a little daunting. Thankfully our move went smoothly thanks to Balgores and we are now settled in our new home. The staff at Balgores were fantastic and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble, we would happily recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.
